The Department of Laboratory Medicine has high-end instruments in all sections and a meticulous quality control system and a dedicated team.

Accurate reporting of cases and samples with appropriate clinicopathological correlation has always been the priority. The department comprises of the following sections; Haematology, Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology, Immunology, Serology and Microbiology along with competent Blood Storage. The department functions 24x7; 365 days for processing OPD and IPD tests. The department processes more than 500 tests per day. The Department has 2 full time Laboratory Medicine consultants and a Microbiology consultant along with a team of well-qualified and trained technicians who work around the clock. The department participates in Internal and External Quality control programs and conducts continuous medical education for its staff to ensure optimum quality reports to the patients always. 

We undertake home visits as well and provide reports via email.
