1. Kindly book an appointment to ensure your choice of package. We recommend that you consult your family doctor in deciing an appropriate package based on your age, gender, medical condition, etc.
2. You are required to report at the stated time at the Marvella Building, OPD Reception to avoid delays in the day's scheduling.
3. You can make an advance payment 24 hours prior via RTGS/ NEFT or pay for the package on the day of Health Check (Home collection) by Cash/ Card. Cheque, Demand draft will not be accepted.
4. If instructed to report fasting, please do not consume any food or drink 12 hours prior to your Health check (including morning tea, green tea or milk, sugar, plain water with lemon, honey, etc.).
5. Do not consume alcoholic beverages, including wine and beer, 72 hours prior to the Health check.
6. Please bring your stool sample on the day of check-up in the hospital container. If you haven't collected the Health check-up kit beforehand, you are required to bring it in a sterilized container, give the sample at the hospital on the day of your package.
7. Kindly carry your past medical records (especially mammography reports, etc.) and current medications along with you for our doctors to review (if need be) and advise.
8. If you are taking medication for any medical condition, please take your medication as per usual routine. Please bring the medication along with you on the day of the package.
9. Please wear comfortable attire, footwear and avoid jewelry on the day of the Health Check.
10. For stress test, kindly carry sports shoes. Male executives might be required to shave their chest (collar bone to abdomen). Kindly do the needful, to facilitate the stress test as it needs leads sticking to the chest.
11. For ophthalmic consultation, kindly bring your eye glasses and remove your contact lenses (if applicable)
12. First time visitors need to register at an additional charge of 280/-
13. Get sufficient rest.
14. Home collection facility is available for anyone desiring the convenience of their samples getting picked up from home. Applicable rates will apply unless otherwise specified.
15. Breakfast or home collections will be applicable depending on the individual's choice.
16. Health check-up consultation has to be completed within 10 days of investigations done.
17. Hard copy of your reports to be collected within 15 days of health check-up completion.
18. Pending package reports (mostly like Mammogram, Sonography, Pap smear and Apolipoprotein A/A1/B) will be sent to you by email.
19. All the rates are subjected to change without prior intimation.
20. An additional discount of 10% is available for investigations, which are not part of the chosen health check-up package (if availed on same day of health check)

Special Instructions For Women:

• The PAP-smear test and urine examination will not be carried out during your menses (Period). Please plan your health check- up to avoid these dates.
• Even if you suspect being pregnant, please inform the technician before the test, especially before an X-ray and Mammography.

Please Note:

• Additional test, consultation and procedures will be billed separately as per OPD charges.
• Reports will be available a day after your health check-up
• PAP smear (reports next working day by 6pm)
• Inform us in case of any cancellation or delay, so we can offer the slot to the next patient on the waiting list.
