Provide clinical supervision and coordinates unit clinical operations with other departmental disciplines under the direction of the Senior Manager Nursing / HOD Nursing.

Counsel employees on performance issues, administers initial corrective actions, and collaborates in monitoring attendance issues.
Develop a quality management plan for nursing by developing Nursing SOP’s.
Improving nursing practices by structuring processes to ensure continuous quality improvement and patient safety.
Attend to patient complaints unresolved at lower levels.
